Price hikes due to depleted supplies and preparation for incoming Quota announcement

Salmon suppliers around Indonesia were racing to sell their salmon stock in preparation for the Lunar New year and the high seasons, thus creating a shortage in supplies. It is in their interest to sell as much as possible before the government announces and hand out the salmon import quota for each importer in March 2022 causing a significant drop in prices in the following months.
