Price of Domestic Tomatoes is Rising in Japan in W36

The price of tomatoes from Northern Japan has increased YoY from USD 3/kg in September 2021 to USD 3.67/kg in September 2022 as the unusual healing in July made the tomato harvest start earlier. In W36, the tomato production in Northern Japan is lower than last year, increasing the wholesale price. It is expected that the tomato price will keep an upward trend until W38.
