The farmgate price of maize continues to be relatively stable in April 2023 in Ghana due to low demand for the crop from local processors across the country. The low demand is due to lower purchase volumes of finished products, mostly from the animal feed sector. As of today, April 18, 2023, the price stood at USD42.2-43.1/100kg
