The prices for potatoes in Russia exceed the last year's level by 83%.
The current prices of 22-30 rub/kg (0.29-0.39 USD/kg) were supported by unfavorable weather conditions in the fall of 2020, as a result of which the potato yield decreased by 50% or more in all major production regions.
