Projection of 20/21 soybean crop in South America at a record of 203 million tonnes.

The consulting company Agroconsult projects record soybean harvest in South America at 203 million tonnes from 190.9 million tonnes of this year, an increase of 6.3%. And expansion of sowed area to 61.3 million hectares from 59.9 million hectares, an increase of 2.2%.
Brazil, Bolivia and Paraguay are expected to have an increase in sowed area, while Argentina and Uruguay are expected to maintain it.
