Moroccan Raspberry Producers to Opt For Spot Pricing in 2022/23

According to Moroccan raspberry suppliers, the global demand for frozen raspberries is more than fresh raspberries. Morocco is expecting a slightly higher production in varieties intended for freezing for the season 2022/23 which will start at the end of October 2022 with small volumes. The peak production season will run from January to April 2023. For the 2022/23 season, producers are expected to avoid fixed contract prices and will rather opt for spot pricing on a week by week basis.
