Raw milk price increased by 32%

The National Dairy Council has determined the recommended sale price of chilled raw milk, excluding basic milk support premium to be USD 0.49/L, effective from 15 May 2022. On 1 April 2022, the price for raw milk was announced as USD 0.37/L. As of 15 May 2022, it will be USD 0.49/L. The council stated that the final increase was inevitable, taking the increasing input costs into account.
