Strict restrictions increase FOB prices in South Africa

The restrictions and requirements imposed by the Mozambican and South African governments, such as Covid test certificates in order to cross borders, among others, have caused an increase in the cost of transporting to South African Ports, thus increasing FOB price. Currently, the border has been entirely closed, from 12 January to 15 January, to all transit except that of merchandise, emergency treatment patients, citizens returning to their own countries, and others with a valid visa.
