In response to market demand, prices for Hass avocados from Colombia, Peru, and Kenya in the wholesale market of Rotterdam, the Netherlands, saw adjustments from W14 to W15. Colombia's avocados (12-24 caliber, 4kg box) prices decreased from USD 13.5 to USD 12.93/box, while the larger sizes (26/28/30/32 caliber, 10kg box) decreased from USD 20.47 to USD 18.32/box. Peru's Hass avocados (14-18 caliber, 4kg box) price decreased from USD 14.55 to USD 13.47/box, (20/24 caliber, 4kg box) price decreased from USD 12.39 to USD 11.85/box, and (26-32 caliber) decreased from USD 20.47 to 19.40/box. Kenya's avocados, specifically in the 16-24 caliber, dropped from USD 14.01 to USD 13.47/box. These adjustments were due to higher volumes from Peru, Colombia, and Kenya, leading to pressure on prices for small and medium sizes.
