In the Rotterdam wholesale market, prices for Hass avocados from Kenya and Colombia adjusted in response to market demand during W40. Kenyan Hass avocados (18>24, 4kg box) increased from USD 10.60 (EUR 10) to USD 12.19 (EUR 11.5) per 4-kilogram box, and (26/28/30, 10kg box) surged from USD 14.84 (EUR 14) to USD 21.20 (EUR 20) per 10kg box, marking a 50% increase week-on-week (WoW).
Similarly, Colombian Hass avocados (18>24, 4kg box) increased from USD 12.19 (EUR 11.5) to USD 13.25 (EUR 12.5) per 4kg box, while (26/28, 10kg box) remained steady at USD 26.50/10kg (EUR 25/10kg).
