In previous years, Vietnam's cherry imports from the United States were made by air freight to assure quality, but this year, imports were made by sea since it was cheaper. US cherry imports will soon be in high demand in Vietnam as the Canadian cherry season is about to end. In W34, the price of US cherries stood at USD 51 per 5kg carton in the Vietnam market.
