The wonderful and luxury UK native lobsters are a blue color and turn red when cooked. They are found in fine dining restaurants across Europe and have an amazing sweet seafood flavor. Harvested all around the coast of the UK they are caught with pots or traps and the main sizes are small 400/600g, medium 600/800g, large 800/120g, and extra-large 1.2kg/1.7kg. There will be more available in the summer months and the current prices delivered into Europe are around EUR 31.50/kg (USD 33.65/kg).
