Shortage of Soya Lecithin in the Indian Market in December 2022

Due to the low crushing of Soya beans to convert to oil, there is a shortage of Soya lecithin in the Indian market as it is the by-product of crushed Soya beans. Purchases for Q1 2023 are being planned as by end-December 2022, rates for January and February 2023 shipments will be declared by most companies. There are a few Indian companies whose order book is full until February 2023.
