Shrimp supplier's waste used efficiently

The shrimp processing plant's waste is being used efficiently by suppliers. All the shrimp's head and skin waste are sold out internally to food processors making animal feed; on other hand, the shrimp that suffers mild quality variation and does not meet an export quality is offered to Ecuadorian restaurants and national markets.
