In major Italian markets (Rome, Venice, and Pescara), there has been a significant week-on-week (WoW) decrease in Pink Shrimp (Parapenaus Langirostris) prices during W28. The price decline is due to the increased availability of Pink Shrimp in these markets and reduced demand during this summer, which is considered typical. The prices across these markets were as follows:

Prices W27:
Rome: USD 9.81 to USD 12.01 per kilogram (kg)
Venice: USD 3.82 to USD 15.80/kg
Pescara: USD 1.59 to USD 9.60/kg

Prices W28:
Rome: USD 8.72 to USD 10.90/kg
Venice: USD 4.36 to USD 5.45/kg
Pescara: USD 3.56 to USD 6.09/kg
