Solution for the difficulties faced by Vietnamese sugar industry

Due to the difficulties faced by the Vietnamese domestic sugar industry in recent times, the industry has implemented some solutions to help domestic sugar compete with foreign sugar. Major sugarcane manufacturing areas will be consolidated, and the manufacturers will be encouraged to apply standard mechanization processes to benefit more from economies of scale. Currently, domestically produced sugar has a higher price than imported sugar. The national sugar industry is hoping that these methods can help lower the production cost, hence the selling price of Vietnamese sugar.
