Sorghum on the rise in Argentina

What was once considered a second hand or a service crop, sorghum's prices exceeded 190 U$D / ton for 2020/21. Sorghum is currently trading at about USD 10 / ton above the new corn crop. The latest official data indicates that the 2020/21 grain sorghum purchase declarations by exports reached a record 976K tons, while on the same date last year they were just 2.5K tons.
