The production of blueberries in South Africa has experienced exponential growth over the last decade. The gross production value has grown from 15.8 million ZAR - 1.25 billion ZAR between the years 2008 and 2018. Table grapes production value also grew by 24% followed by nuts which grew by 21%. Blueberries, table grapes and nuts were the top agricultural performers in the country.
