Soy Lecithin Prices Start to Decline in Turkey

Turkish buyers note that soy lecithin prices have started to drop in the market, especially from Indian origin as the new season is approaching. Some Indian suppliers who are looking to reduce their stock have been offering soy lecithin at around USD 4,000–4,200/MT CIF Mersin. The prices were as high as USD 5,500/MT CIF Mersin during the summer months.
