Staple food stocks are feared to be declining in the Nothern Peninsula as covid cases increase

Since COVID cases began to increase in the northern peninsula Malaysia and Kedah state is under the Target Movement Control Order (TMCO), food prices such as rice, onion are feared to increase in these few days on the north side. Although the price can still be controlled because panic buying in case lockdown is tightened then suppliers think the stock will decrease.
