Shortage of linden honey in Ukraine

Due to climate change, the standard terms of the beginning and end of the honey harvest are changing. The honey harvest itself is interrupted by sudden cold spells or prolonged heat, dry winds. Due to rainy periods, the shortage of honey from the action was up to 40%, and as a result of the heat of 30-35 degrees, the shortage of linden honey was up to 50%.
