Sturgeon caviar production is growing in Russia

According to the Federal Agency for Fishery of Russia, for ten months of 2020, 33.1MT of sturgeon caviar were produced in Russia, which is 4.9% more than a year earlier.
In 2019, its production increased by 19% and amounted to 52.5MT.
