Sunflower Oil Prices are Increasing

Crude sunflower oil prices are near FOB USD 1,400-1,410 per MT in the Black Sea Region. According to local traders, the reasons for the increase are high global inflation rates, increasing fertilizer prices, increasing palm oil prices, and political tension in the Black Sea Region. Correlatively, refined sunflower oil prices are also moving up for export with these effects. EXW prices are near USD 1,62 per LT in Turkey. Exporters expect higher prices in the upcoming weeks.
