Philippine sweet potato not in season

Slightly elevated terrain is the best terrain to grow sweet potatoes in the Philippines. Currently, it is hard to grow the product due to the rainy season and it is in its best quality if harvested during summer. There are only a couple of areas in the country that sweet potato can be planted, and most the demand usually come in during the summer, April to May.
