Taiwan market sees shortage of Peruvian asparagus due to limited flights

Taiwan market has a shortage of Peruvian asparagus due to limited flights. Peruvian suppliers are not able to offer asparagus for the Taiwan market as the airlines have limited flights to Taiwan and excessive goods due to the holiday season. The importers are turning to other origins such as Mexico or Netherlands for either green asparagus or white asparagus.
