Tanzania's meat exports rose by 58% MoM from USD 1.9 million in July 2022 to USD 3.01 million in August 2022. The primary destinations were Qatar, UAE, Bahrain, Oman and Kuwait. The increase in exports is due to a rise in demand from export markets as authorities enhanced the marketing of meat products outside Tanzania.
