Market share of Thailand Cassava Starch in Japanese market increased up to 20~25%

According to the owner of one of the top 3 Cassava Starch factories in Thailand, sales of cassava starch from Thailand to Japan has increased by up to 20-25% with orders booked until Feb 2022. Japanese domestic buyers and Japanese factories in Thailand purchase cassava starch to make sugar syrups and modified starches.Thailand also sells a significant amount of cassava starch to China, Taiwan, Russia, Malaysia and Vietnam.
