The covid-19 outbreak has stalled the shipment of coffee beans to domestic and international buyers. Certifications of complete compliance of health protocols are needed before shipments could take place, particularly in Mindanao provinces. Current increase of covid cases has made local government units implement stringent lockdown protocols, which prevent suppliers from exporting products.
