Dutch Cherry tomatoes are not expected to sell well in February due to the competition with Spanish, Turkish, and Moroccan tomatoes.
One of the big markets for Dutch Cherry tomatoes is Germany. Still, in February 2022, the larger and significantly cheaper supply from the mentioned countries is shifting the interest of German buyers. On average, the price for cherry tomatoes from the Netherlands is EUR 6.38 per kilo on the wholesale markets, and the price of Spanish products is EUR 4.26 per kilo.
