Atlantic cod from Norway has struggled during the pandemic, with most of its weight resting on the shoulders of HORECA markets worldwide. Like many other raw materials in the food industry, the effect of opening up countries removing the restrictions can be observed. Demand is high and not expected to go down. Weekly prices, so far in 2022, show an average increase of approximately 20%.
