The low crop of sunflower honey in Ukraine

Ukrainian traders are not doing a lot of honey procurement. In 2021, Ukrainian beekeepers are expecting to gather better crops than the previous year, but less than 2019. A lot of beekeepers try to hold their honey crop to get better price offerings. However, the traders are expecting this will not attract additional demand from the EU. If the supply is limited from Ukraine, EU manufacturers are planning to change the suppliers to China, Argentina, and other countries.
