The local farmers of melon and watermelon in Nunukan regency in the Northern Borneo regency are currently entering the harvest season of melon and watermelon in their plantations. There are around 4 hectares of land in this area and so far there have been around 100 MT of melon and watermelon that has been harvested, with more production yield to be harvested in the coming week. A big portion of the production output is now being distributed around Borneo with a small portion of it is sold by the farmers to the exporting companies in the region.
