The introduction of Jersey cow milk product to Indonesian consumers

A number of fresh cow milk manufacturers in Indonesia are currently trying to promote a new kind of fresh milk product to the national customers called Jersey cow milk. This variety of cow milk is produced from Jersey cows, that are commonly bred in Australia and New Zealand, and can be considered as a superior breed of cow. This milk variety is scientifically proven to contain around 30% more protein, calcium, and fat, in comparison to other cow milk varieties. At the moment, this product can only be bought at high-end modern retailers across Indonesia. The fresh milk industry itself has been one of the fastest-growing industries in Indonesia with around 18% growth since 2017 and with new initiatives introduced every year to improve the production capacity of the manufacturers.
