The K3 sesame variety leads the season in Brazil

The sesame producers of the main Brazilian productive pole gave preference to the K3 variety due to its easier agricultural management, less need for inputs, and better productivity. The K3 variety is more suitable for oil production due to its less sweet taste. Market experts believe that the K3 will account for about 80% of total production.
