The European mango market is taking a wait-and-see attitude

The mango market is currently taking a wait-and-see attitude. In December, the market went well for mangoes. The price was relatively reasonable as there wasn't much supply from Brazil and Peru until WK 52. However, in WK 1, the market was flooded with Peruvian mangoes of bad quality and large quantities. The market could not absorb this, and the price fell to a low level. Now in WK 2, the situation seems to be stabilized, but the price has to increase considering the increased costs such as freight and cardboard.
