The government of Mozambique has granted two major producers and processors of grain and cereal products, Mozgrain and Agrobsiness, the management over silos and warehouses to use for their production of legumes and cereals. The companies were awarded due to winning a tender launched by the spokesman of the Council of Ministers, and a Cabinet session created by the Minister of Industry and Commerce. Mozgrain will take charge and rehabilitate the silos in Gorongoza, Nhamatanda, Mugema, Lichinga, and Ulongue. Agrobusiness will take over the silo facilities in Mulema and Cuamba.
