Over the nine months of this year, the production of cheeses and cheese products in the Stavropol Territory of Russia increased by 8.4% - up to 7.7KMT. The region solves the problem of import substitution of these products, releasing its analogues of well-known import brands. According to the regional department, 10 organizations are working in this direction in the region and produce more than 50 types of products.
