In the last months of 2021, the price of Vietnamese rice has always remained at a higher level than in other countries. Vietnam's 5% broken rice price is at USD 415 per MT, while Thailand is at USD 381 per MT, and India and Pakistan are at USD 348 per MT and USD 353 per MT, respectively. Rice exports in 2022 are forecasted to continue to maintain a good rank because Vietnam's rice industry is increasingly improving in quality.
