Thailand Can Now Import Shrimp from Ecuador and India

Thailand imported 41.9K tons of Ecuadorian white shrimp valued at USD 310K in June 2022. These imports occurred after Thailand issued permission to import shrimp from Ecuador and India after both countries passed the disease control by the Department of Fisheries. With this permit, Thailand can import fresh and frozen shrimp from Ecuador and India.
