Turkey prefers cashew kernels in raw form for imports

Turkish importers prefer raw cashew nuts as the roasting/salting done in Vietnam appears to be unsuitable for the taste of Turkish consumers. As a result, Turkish buyers import cashew kernel nuts from Vietnam raw and then process it here themselves in accord with the market's preference.
