Vietnam is the dominant supplier of white fish products to Brazil

Vietnam is currently the leading and dominant supplier of white fish products in Brazil. According to the Vietnam Association of Seafood Exporters and Producers (VASEP), in 2021, if the pangasius enterprises in the Mekong Delta prevent the spread of the COVID-19 in their factories and stabilize their processing capacity, Brazil and other markets in South America will be new opportunities for Vietnamese pangasius enterprises. The companies are concerned with the lack of material's Pangasius to be dragged to mid-2022 which will affect to increase the price.
