In W44, Thai longan prices for export to Indonesia exhibited declines when compared to W43. The prices for the Gold variety are priced at USD 13.42 per 11.5 kilogram basket, a decrease of 4.55% week-on-week (WoW). Red stood at USD 12.10/11.5 kg basket, a decrease of around 13.94% WoW, Blue at USD 10.79/11.5 kg basket, a decrease of 15.37% WoW, and Green at USD 8.49/11.5 kg basket, a 7% WoW drop.
The Indonesian market is experiencing sluggish demand for Thai longans, similar to China. This trend is forecasted to continue until W48, with the anticipation of increased demand during the Christmas and New Year festivals.
