Blueberry production is slowly gaining traction in Turkey and the growers have started exploring the global markets as well.
The global blueberry market is estimated to be around 700 kmt and Turkey used to import blueberries just a few years ago. The country has exported 68 kmt of blueberries in 2019 and looking to increase its export volume in 2020. So far Turkish exporters were able to export around 0.28 million USD worth of blueberries in 2020.
