Wheat milling breaks an 8 year old record

Having milled 4.7M tonnes from December 2019 until August 2020, wheat milling levels are 5% above the last campaign statistics. The number has broken an 8-year record.

In terms of productivity per producing region, the Buenos Aires province increased its production the most (+ 7%), followed by Córdoba (+ 3.3%) and finally Santa Fe (+ 2.6%). On the other hand, Entre Ríos production has decreased by 3.7%. The statistics correlate to the period between December 2019 until August 2020.
