To Which Countries Can Vietnam Export Frozen Octopus with Minimal Tariffs?

Starting August 2021, Vietnam is able to export frozen octopus to the EU with zero tariffs. Prior to the FTA, the processed octopus had a basic tax of 20% while fresh and frozen octopus had a 6-8% tax. Vietnam also enjoys the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP) when exporting to Japan, Australia, and Malaysia. It is also able to export to Korea at zero tariffs.
