8th Reforestation Congress gathers experts in São Paulo

The Congress, which concludes today, has as its main objective to learn about successful experiences in the implementation and conservation of environmental forests and technological advancements, as well as to discuss and suggest solutions to the main challenges affecting the sector. Gilmar Dadalto, executive president of CEDAGRO, and José Mauro Santana da Silva, a professor at UFSCar, thanked Faesp for hosting the three-day Congress and stated that there is much work to be done between the academic community and the private sector, especially with the proximity of COP30 and the focus on sustainability and the Amazon directed towards Brazil.
