The ABC+ Brazil Plan integrates a national policy with the objective of promoting the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions from agro-silvo-pastoral activities, as internationally agreed in the Paris Agreement, in 2015. To achieve the objective, the government divided the goals among the Brazilian states. In Bahia, Seagri relied on the organization of a management group that executed the activities and actions surpassing the state goals. ABC+ is the second stage of the plan that is in effect from 2020 to 2030, and every two years, the goals and technologies achieved are reviewed.
