BB/Tarciana: by 2026, we aim to recover the bank's profitability

"There is a long-term commitment from this management to solid results and we have a long-term vision to recover this profitability, but while keeping the bank's portfolio solid and sustainable in the long term," she said, in a press conference about the third-quarter results of 2025. Medeiros also stated that the forecast for the beginning of the Selic rate cut cycle, at the start of next year, tends to make a big difference mainly for the individual portfolio, starting from the second quarter of 2026.
