Belarus extends grain export licensing system for half a year

The document states: "Goods listed in the annex originating from the territory of the Republic of Belarus are exported to the Eurasian Economic Union countries outside the Republic of Belarus on the basis of a one-time license issued by the Ministry of Antimonopoly Supervision and Trade in coordination with the regional executive committees and the Minsk City Executive Committee; and exported from Belarus to non-Eurasian Economic Union member states outside the customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union when the goods are transited under the customs export procedure." The annex includes 18 codes of the unified list of commodities for the Eurasian Economic Union's foreign economic activities, including wheat, rye, barley, oats, corn, buckwheat, millet, triticale, rapeseed, sunflower seeds, and other grain varieties.
