With over 14 thousand hectares cultivated, Capal reached 58.7 thousand tons, surpassing by 12% the initial projection of 52 thousand tons for the 2025 harvest. The regional coordinator of Agricultural Technical Assistance of the cooperative, Roberto Martins, highlighted that the regular climate during the winter was decisive for the performance of the crops. “Despite the smaller volume, the rains occurred in a regular and well-distributed manner, and this avoided periods of water stress that could compromise productivity.
